Back to State Court
As of late I went through the State Court, where I returned in 2012-2013 for a hearing. I lost that effort. Dr. Plunkett cleared me of the crime but the Court of Appeals in Austin did not agree. From that point we contacted a 2nd expert, Dr. Peter Stephenson, who further cleared me of the crime. This time I was hit with a Rule Violation and Dr. Stephenson’s Affidavit was ignored. So I contacted a 3rd expert, Dr. Bonnell, who gave me a detailed report concerning ‘sudden death’.
Going into Federal Court
As for now we are working on getting more medical records and another Affidavit from a relative to bolster my innocence before going into Federal Court and beyond.
